                              RESOLUTION NO. 21619
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                 CONTRACT WITH BARGE, WAGGONER, SUMNER AND
                 CANNON, RELATIVE TO THE EAST LAKE PARK MASTER
                 PLAN, FOR A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED
                 TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS
                 ($24,700.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon,
       relative to the East Lake Park Master Plan, for a total cost not
       to exceed $24,700.00.
